Vanguard Role
Vanguards are front-line aggressors. Dark Cherry Cookie is the flagship Vanguard shown in official materials. Vanguards engage swarms, apply debuffs, and create space for Shooters during escalating survivor phases.
In Arena PvP, burst Vanguards can end fights before enemy Shooters ramp. Overstacking Vanguards without Defenders collapses quickly against bosses like Golden God-Drop.
Defender Role
Defenders anchor team survival. Berry Yogurt Cookie exemplifies the class with shielding and damage reduction. Survivor games punish fragile teams—Defenders automate mitigation so farming continues offline.
Defenders are essential for Implant Tower climbs and Crumble Dungeon boss gates. Invest Defender materials before luxury cosmetic pulls.
Shooter Role
Shooters provide primary damage scaling. Grapevine Cookie represents the archetype with ranged attacks that benefit from extended fight duration. They clear enemy density in survivor hordes when protected properly.
