Redemption System — Live Since Launch
Since the July 30, 2026 launch, CookieRun: Crumble supports coupon redemption through an in-game Register Coupon button that opens Devsisters’ official browser portal. You need your MID (DevPlay / Mercenary ID)—not your display name. Codes are case-sensitive.
Active coupon as of August 2, 2026: COOKIERUNCRUMBLENO1 on the codes list. Pre-registration rewards still use mail delivery—see pre-registration rewards.
Find Your MID
Option A: Open the menu (four squares) → Settings → Account / User info → copy the DevPlay Account (MID). Option B: Tap your profile icon (top-left) and copy the ID under your avatar—community guides describe this as a short Mercenary ID string used for both coupons and referrals.
Keep the MID private on public chats when unused personal coupons are involved. Sharing for the referral event is intentional and different from dumping unredeemed private codes.
Step-by-Step Redemption
Complete the tutorial and reach the main lobby. Copy your MID, then tap Register Coupon in Settings—this opens the official coupon page in your browser.
Paste your MID into the DevPlay Account field. Enter the active code exactly (for example COOKIERUNCRUMBLENO1). Confirm the human check if shown, then tap Claim Reward.
Return to CookieRun: Crumble, restart once if needed, and open the mailbox. Rewards deliver to mail—not directly to inventory. Mailbox may unlock after early quests (around Stage 2-1 / Quest 89 per community reports).
Mobile and PC
iOS and Android follow the same Settings → MID → Register Coupon → mailbox flow. Update through App Store or Google Play if the portal rejects your client version.
PC via Google Play Games uses the same account binding. Keyboard input reduces typos on long coupon strings. Linked mobile and PC clients share mailbox rewards.
Troubleshooting
Common failures: expired code, already redeemed, typo, outdated app, wrong MID, or mailbox still locked by quests. Never enter your MID on third-party “code generator” sites.
If a verified official code fails repeatedly, contact Devsisters / DevPlay support with the code text, MID, and timestamp. Maintenance windows can temporarily disable the portal.

No. Register Coupon is for promotional strings. Referral lives in the Events menu and uses another player’s MID.
